USBL will advocate scouting boxing events featuring prominent and up and coming boxers. The purpose of the events will be to allow future USBL teams to look at skill levels of boxers for possible recruitment as a team member.

Scouting events will be an ongoing opportunity for athlete participation. Scouting events will feature Major League (Professional) and Semi-Pro (Amateur) competition.
